By combining the most wonderful food and unique pub design with the best chefs, we have a truly unique dining offer. Our chefs are responsible for delivering high standards of food from our well equipped kitchens. The brigades are typically 7-10 strong and are always underpinned by KPs, the backbone of any good kitchen.
We are recruiting for the following roles: Head Chef
With a passion for standards, fresh ingredients and driving a brigade, our Head Chefs have the freedom to show their own flair to deliver our award winning menu. The role is responsible for not only motivating and training your current team to adhere to your standards, but to help us to create our head chefs for the future. The busy pubs allow you to test your leadership and the flexible menu allows you to keep practicing your developed skills.
Sous Chef
Our Sous’ support our Head Chef’s in running a kitchen brigade that are able to provide that “wow” factor for our guests in terms of the finely prepared fresh food that we offer. The role requires people with a passion for a quality product and a service standard that helps set us apart from our competitors. The continued growth of our business has resulted in a number of our Sous becoming Head Chefs. This could be you.
Chef de Partie
Our CDPs are recruited to competently run all sections in the kitchen and to support the Sous in running the kitchen. With experience and proven ability, it won't take long before you move up to Sous Chef yourself.
Commis Chef
Ideally suited to those leaving catering college, here you can learn to prep each section before moving on to run each of these sections in turn and start yourself on the career ladder.
